About Us
Tech Quenchers, Inc. is a privately-owned information technology firm based in Berlin, Connecticut.
The company's core mission is to make technology as accessible as possible to small businesses. We provide an intimate and personal level of service to small businesses, giving outsourced IT an in-house feel.
The business is currently steered by Conrad Akier, Paul Cribb and Michael Green for whom short biographies are included below.
Conrad Akier, President
Conrad finished his Bachelor's in Computer Science (Honors) at Central Connecticut State University, where he was also the Photo Editor and Associate Layout Editor for the CCSU student newspaper The Recorder for five semesters. He has over seven years of experience in the technology sector, starting as a Web Applications Developer for Ibotix.com, LLC well before finishing high school. He worked as a Systems and Network Administrator for five years at the accounting firm Arendholz, Bryan & Associates, PC and, in addition to his position at Tech Quenchers, is currently the Chief Information Officer of the non-profit Many Efforts, One Goal, which provides an online social network for the development community.
Conrad provides Tech Quenchers and its clients solutions grounded by honesty and a passion for technology. He specializes in the administration and support of a broad number of services and software which run on Windows, GNU/Linux, Mac OS X, and BSD systems and the development of web-based applications.
When he's not in front of a computer monitor, Conrad can often be found behind a camera or two playing photographer.
Paul Cribb, Art Director
Paul is all about making things look great—a task he excels in. His eye for design gives Tech Quenchers a tremendous edge when it comes to web design and marketing.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design from Central Connecticut State University.
Michael Green, Sales Engineer
Michael brings an immense depth of experience and expertise when it comes to managing businesses and understanding their needs. This helps Tech Quenchers deliver IT services that businesses need and how they want it.
